CV

About me

I have more than 10+  years of working in creative photo/video production, studio opes, sample management, improving work stream efficiencies and growing in-house teams. My formal education focused on developing me to be a photographer but I’ve worked in a variety of roles that have lead me to love the puzzling behind the scenes to make a great image. I’m passionate about working with like minded and motivated folks to help grow in all ways. I manage the photography studios at Loloi Rugs and lead e-commerce photography for key accounts.

Leadership Style

I’m technology and process driven, often motivated and inspired by people who operate the same. I believe that direct communication in teams is the best tool in finding balance between what and how something should be done with outlining clear expectations. At the same time, understanding everyones respective skills makes a great way to leverage strengths.

Character

I feel that I’m an even keeled and flexible person who isn’t afraid of change. I’m more hopeful and optimistic than not. That said, I also believe in having tough conversations when the risks are high. Most solutions can be found when given the space to ask the right questions. Honest and direct communication is scary but crucial. Real connection begins from earning trust and keeping it for all parties.

Goals

My career goals are to produce meaningful, beautiful, and compelling content that connects people. I hope to be surrounded by others whom I can learn from and continue to develop my career skills.

I enjoy spending time outdoors. You’ll often finding me on a run, hiking, kayaking or just cocooning in my hammock while camping. My love of travel has brought me to experience 20+ countries so far. I speak Italian at a somewhat conversational level (C2) and am emphatic about anything Italian related.
